Fees

All new clients must pay for their first appointment in advance, at time of booking. If you later need to cancel your appointment, and you have paid in advance, as long as you give more than 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund.


CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 24 hours notice to change or cancel appointments. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, are subject to the full charge.


However, if you need to cancel within the 24 hours notice period, please contact us as we often have people on our urgent waiting list hoping for cancellations; if we are able to fill your appointment slot then you will not be charged.
