FAQs

  • How many sessions will I need?

The answer to this is unique to each individual and your Chiropractor will discuss the ideal care plan with you during an initial session. The number and frequency of treatments will depend on a number of factors, including:

    • Age
    • Extent of injury
    • Duration of injury
    • General fitness
    • General wellbeing (e.g. stress)
    • Lifestyle
    • Posture

Once your health improves, you can choose to schedule regular check-ups to keep chronic conditions under control.

  • I'm feeling better, can I cancel my appointment?

All new clients must pay for their first appointment in advance, at time of booking. If you later need to cancel your appointment, and you have paid in advance, then as long as you give more than 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund.

Our policy is that we require 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel appointments. Appointments that are cancelled short notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to the full charge.

However, if you do need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact us as we often have people on our urgent waiting list hoping for cancellations, if we manage to fill your appointment slot then you will not be charged.

  • What should I wear to my Chiropractic appointment?

The best clothing to wear is what you feel most comfortable in, but make sure your clothing isn't restrictive in any way and allows you a full range of movement without resistance.

  • Do you provide Chiropractic treatment for Insurance patients?

    Yes- we do!

We are able to treat patients who are covered by a variety of insurers, including AXA, Simply Health, WPA and many more.

Please contact us to find out how we can help.
