For over 20 years, Bodyworks has been offering Chiropractic Treatment in North Essex and our team of Chiropractors have over 50 years of combined experience- all are registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC). Dr Susan Godwin RN BSc Chiro DCList Item 1
Chiropractor
Sue has been a Chiropractor for 25 years and uses McTimoney Chiropractic, the McKenzie method, and the impulse instrument adjuster, to treat postural and musculoskeletal problems. Sue may also use soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, ultrasound therapy, sports taping, and exercises, to assist with recovery.

Dr Bex Wilson MChiro DC
Chiropractor
Bex graduated from McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Abingdon and now uses both McTimoney & Diversified Chiropractic methods as well as using an Activator instrument for some treatments. Bex may also use soft tissue therapy, dry needling, active release and/or sports taping as part of treatments and to assist with recovery.

Dr Daniel Piper MChiro DCList Item 3
Chiropractor
Daniel graduated from the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in 2013 and went on to study Animal Chiropractic with the International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic in 2018 now specialising in Canine Chiropractic when not treating humans. Over the years he has incorporated multiple techniques to aid patient recovery including IASTM, Acupuncture, muscle testing, laser therapy and most recently B12 injections and blood testing to identify any underlying health concerns. Daniel is very interested in the link between nutrition and musculoskeletal health and uses this knowledge to provide a very holistic experience to his patients.

Massage Therapist
Lisa has over 15 years experience as a Massage Therapist and believes a holistic approach is key to our
health and wellbeing.
Lisa will often mix deep tissue along with relaxation massage, tailoring each treatment to the
individual needs of the client.
Providing a combination of remedial, sports and holistic massage techniques along with a bespoke remedial rehabilitation programme has proven to offer permanent results for injury rehabilitation, long-standing pain relief and easing of movement restrictions. Lisa is also qualified in advanced dry needling, medical acupuncture and Kinesio taping and is currently training to become a Yoga teacher. .

Jordan has a BSc Hons degree in Sports Performance & Coaching, Level 3 qualifications in both Sports Massage and Personal Training as well as a
Diploma in Myofascial Cupping
and an advanced diploma in Medical Acupuncture.
With experience working within elite sports and clinical settings, Jordan has developed skills treating a variety of injuries using manual therapy techniques and personalised exercise plans.
Jordan specialises in Sports Massage, Cupping Therapy and Acupuncture.

Glynis Parker
Nutritional Therapist
Glynis has been practising since 2013 and is experienced dealing with many health conditions, specialising in conditions that create constant tiredness, joint/bone issues such as arthritis and osteoporosis and also gut problems such as IBS, IBD, diverticulitis, gluten sensitivity, etc.
Glynis is CNHC registered, has a BCNH Diploma in Nutritional Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Practice in Health & Social Care.
